« We spent three nights at The Grey Gull. Even though this property has been there for years, it has been well maintained. Our ground level, end unit was spotless with a good amount of space for our family of two adults and two children. The kitchen was well stocked and the queen size beds were so comfy. « This beach unit was just as described. The location was excellent and very quiet. The unit is small, but fine for a few days and only 3 of us. There was good storage space and lots of light in the unit. Bring your eye mask though if you want to sleep in as there was alot of light in the morning too even with the drapes drawn. « Wonderful place to stay. We had everything we needed and more! Very clean and quiet. Enjoyed the sounds of the ocean and rain …put us to sleep in minutes »

« The TV did not work. Had to buy DVDs to play. Left front burner doesn't get hot enough and the oven knob has no temperature for cooking on it. I was told one price and charged another. Would never stay again as it had too many steps and would not get the TV to work »

« Great place to stay, and would definitely stay again. Really nice place and a really nice area out back with fire pit, and easy access to the beach. They have a nice grill. Pictures and description need updates on Vrbo, due to TV being bigger and better than the description, and it also has a Roku, which is great. Needs a sign on side of the fridge, to point out the light switch hidden behind it. »

« Wonderful cozy house. Kids had a great time with their private area upstairs, living room was comfortable, hot tub looked relaxing however we didn’t have time to try it out so I can’t give that a rating. Richard was great to deal with, lots of updates details and very quick responses »

« The property was great, the stairs are very difficult to go down but with the size of the chalet I can understand why it is the way it is. Parking was right outside our door which was nice when unloading and loading the car. When we first got there, the room was very warm, but after opening both the upstairs and downstairs windows it cooled off pretty quickly. « This is a great little cottage that is close to the main section of Seabrook. It was truly a delight staying here and we hope to come back again. Very clean and quite functional, even for four guests (only it was just the two of us). The hot tub in the back is a great way to unwind from a day at the beach. Really appreciate the host having coffee to enjoy in the mornings. A nice plus! I highly recommend staying here, as the location and host are fantastic! »

« I loved the kitchen. It has everything you need. I found plenty of utensils, pots and pans. Well stocked cups, plates, bowls, plus some popular spices. Also I found Keurig k-cups and some coffee in the fridge. Both options available. The cabin is very comfy for two adults and two smalls. You could have a third adult on the couch. You are about 5-7 mimute walk from restaurants. About 12 minutes from the ocean. Pretty kid friendly. Bike rentals are an option. If you are a party of 3 maybe 4 then...
