« We stayed at the property for one night after a sports event. Jed was great to deal with and always prompt in returning emails and answering questions, he went out of his way to help and let us park our race car inside the shed as the car does not lock and we were concerned it might attract unwanted attention. rooms very clean and tidy and a good shower. ten out of ten from me. »

« Property as advertised, great location. Pretty basic hut, light powered by batteries, no mains power or running water. Take your own camping supplies. Owner changed our dates at our request. This is a great location if you want to be off the grid, the shingle road is in an excellent condition. »

« A well aged puzzle piece bach, in NZ forest, tucked down a dead end road. Surprising amount of traffic on the road during our stay. Neighbours were quite noisy also but the bach had everything we needed. Hot water for a shower was a bonus. The old Shacklock range is prone to smoking out the bach but I think we figured it out after a few days. Reliable cell service is back at the Orwell Creek Road turnoff, for those wondering. For a last minute booking, it worked out well and appreciate the good...

« The owners have created a fantastic product with the Fire Station and provided a great base for our activities around Hokitika incl bike riding and trips to the Glaciers, Hok Gorge and Lake Kaniere. The accomodation is in easy walking distance of everything incl the beach, very well maintained with great support staff who we met. »

« Ûne belle maison de caractère et de charme. Lancien dans un cottage au bord de mer. Un hébergement atypique mais qui dispose de tout. Tres bonne literie. Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner en famille. Le plus, montée sur le chemin ( digue aménagée) et regarder le couché ou le lever du soleil. Le bruit des vagues la.nuit, c'est magique avec parfois la amisô qui vibre sus leur force dans la digue. »
