„Vivotel exceeded our expectations. The place is really modern once you enter and very well maintained, it is designed very well, the decor was very warm and welcoming with several seating area and even a little lounge space in the back. The rooftop has an all around view of the city and is great to hang out and chat, it also included a newly launched restaurant where you can grab some drinks and food. „I was supposed to stay at the Westin with a group but was unable to since I waited too long. This place is 3 to 4 short blocks away. Sara the front desk lady is learning English and likes to practice, which is nice. The rooms were very spacious And more than I thought it would be. Nice hot tub, but didn't swim in the pool. I would definitely recommend this place.“

"Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sie aktualisieren immer wieder. Jetzt gibt es schnelleres Internet und die Matratzen werden ausgetauscht. Was mir aber gar nicht gefällt: man kann zwar seinen Hund mitbringen, allerdings kassieren sie für den 55 US$ zusätzlich. Die Hälfte müsste es sein!"

Nicht angenehm für Rauchende

"Das Hotel ist schön und luxuriös, für mich als Raucher aber völlig ungeeignet: Es hat weder Balkone, noch sonst einen angenehmen Platz, wo man rauchen kann. Man muss also vor die Tür gehen und dort rauchen, was überhaupt nicht luxuriös ist. Für mich ist das Hotel Barceló das beste Hotel in Guatemala."

Excellent séjour

"Avons passé 3 nuits au Hyatt Centric Guatemala (une à l’arrivée au Guatemala et 2 autres à la fin de nos vacances). Hôtel localisé proche de l’aéroport. Parking pratique et gratuit. Confort de la chambre et de la literie au top. Plusieurs restaurants localisés aux alentours de l’hôtel. Avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour."
