« This was our third time staying at this condo. All of our stays have been great! Each time we have stayed here, the owner has made improvements from our prior visit. The condo is on the first floor which makes it easy to load and unload. The unit is also very quiet which makes for a great night’s sleep. « We, family of 6 w 4 adult children and our small dogs spent a week here while at a family reunion. Nice at the house it had everything you’d need in the kitchen n baths including float to relax in the lake. And what a view. The challenge is getting here. The last 5 miles or so takes about 20 mins of hairpin turns up and down the tn hills. Use your gps overall we had a blast »

« Check in was a breeze. The fact that you can have a boat delivered to the property floored me. It was hassle free. Our mini vacation before school starting back was amazing, and I attribute it to the location of the house, the amenities provided with the house, and the fact that we could enjoy the lake. The hot tub was so enjoyable. We had two wonderful days on the lake and would definitely stay at 106 Summer Breeze again. »

« Beautiful home on the lake. Enjoyed all the seating areas on the deck to spend time with the family. Spent a lot of time with the grandkids playing pool. Has a great boat dock near the marina. The hosts are great, easy to contact and quick to answer questions. »

« This is a wonderful location and it does sleep up to 12 people. Although it sleeps up to 12 people only eight are allowed on the deck at one time. The beds are terribly hard and uncomfortable, and the floors were filthy and the island countertop was sticky and had to be cleaned. Two chairs on the deck were broken, and the tables were very flimsy and the tops were made of glass making it very dangerous. The dock was incredibly unsafe for anyone and very flimsy, so I would discourage any elderly...

« This property was PERFECT! We have stayed at many properties across the lake and this was our favorite. No Steps! Quiet cove! Clean!! Local pizza delivery and a grocery within 10 minutes! Perfect property! »
