« We had such a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and peaceful, with plenty to enjoy — from hiking and spending time by the water to exploring local restaurants. We especially loved the visits from the chickens, deer, and the owners’ sweet dogs. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, sharing the history of the property along with their inspiring vision for the future. This was such a relaxing and refreshing experience, and we left feeling truly recharged. Highly recommend! »

« What a beautiful house and property! Darrell, the host, is a great, hard working person who we really enjoyed talking with. The house and property met our needs and allowed for us to have a great family vacation. Do keep in mind that you are located in the middle of nature so there will be lots of bugs and wildlife. The fresh eggs and other surprises that Darrell brought us made our trip even a little more special. »

« Had a lovely time at Little Bear Cove, was very well maintained and clean. Great place to stay for weekend with dogs and visit Mammoth Cave National Park. »

« We thought the cottage was quiet and secluded. Everything was easily accessible and the porch was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The firepit was far enough from the house to not make everything smell Smokey. Wildlife was beautiful to include a skink (lizard), deer, cat and a screech owl at night. The Lakeside Cafe at the end of the road was absolutely delicious! Pizzas were amazing and cinnamon rolls and breakfast casseroles were scrumptious before heading out to the caves. »

« This was the best girl's trip I have ever been on and we celebrated my 50th birthday during the stay. I am a stickler for cleanliness, and this place was spotless. The hosts came and greated us upon check-in and the are super nice. We booked this place for the location and pool; neither disappointed.
