« Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Simply appointed and has necessities. Quiet area directly on the Ohio River, not far from Garden of the Gods. About thirty minutes from Harrisburg. We drove in and ate at Morello's one day and The BBQ Barn on another day. Both good choices. »

« Enjoyed every minute. The river-facing windows and deck allowed us to experience the view all day and night. Don’t be fooled by the charming vintage exterior because the amenities are all in excellent condition. The mattresses are among the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The bathroom is luxurious with the jacuzzi being everything you could ask for. Close to spectacular hiking trails and scenery. Highly recommend! »

« We had a fantastic stay at this cozy house! The accommodations were excellent—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed to cook meals during our trip. One of our favorite things was the ice cream and coffee shop right on the corner—such a nice treat to have just steps away!The location was perfect for my job assignment, making the daily commute easy and stress-free. « We usually explore a city every year for our anniversary. This year, on our 12th year anniversary, we decided that we wanted to go somewhere where we could be alone and surrounded by nature. This was the absolute perfect getaway for us and we plan to come back with the kids! »

« Even better than the pictures. The cabin is an 1850s cabin that was reassembled on the property. It was adorable. Had everything we needed. The area is beautiful. There are several cabins and tree houses on the property but each has more than enough privacy from the next. We came with our two young daughters and they had a blast. We had a resident kitty that hung out on our porch, and it was the friendliest cat I’ve ever met! Kids were in love and had so much fun playing with the cat all...

« Very clean, decorated perfectly to be relaxing. The house had everything you needed for a perfect weekend getaway. I loved all the small touches to make us feel at home like extra blankets to curl up on the couch at night. Coffee bar was wonderfully stocked and couldn’t have asked for a better stay! »

« We had a great time this weekend hiking around and coming back to the cabin and building a fire. The TV worked great for when we were going to bed at night. The kitchen had what we needed to cook a fine meal. I would definitely book again in the future. »

« We were so happy to find a truly wheelchair accessible room with a great view of the sunrise in the Ohio River and close to several great sites to visit. Delightful! »

« Beautiful house, had everything we needed. Clean, plenty of space, beautiful views and we enjoyed the hot tub too! Thanks for a great stay for our family! »

« While the house was further out from Paducah than we would have like, it was just as described. There was plenty of room for four quilters and their equipment The kitchen is amazing. We spent afternoons on the back porch with our wine and listening to the birds. Owners were responsive to our questions and needs. »

« The home was perfect for the four of us (two couples) The home was as described and well stocked with towels, beddings, dishes and kitchen supplies. The deck and patio were perfect to relax on after a day of hiking in the Shawnee National Forest. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. »

« We booked for a night because we would be in the area and wanted to take a day in the Shawnee. It's very close to some great spots in national forest. Definitely check out Bell Smith Springs if the weather cooperates. The camper is on the same property as the host's winery and he was on-site at the winery during business hours and happy to answer questions about the area and property. We took advantage of the grill and little fishing pond when we got back for the forest. »

« Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect!! The house and grounds are even prettier in person! Eric and Jacqueline were amazing hosts and went out of their way to make our stay perfect! We will definitely be back!! »
