« We had an amazing, peaceful, and private stay—just what we wanted! The location was great and very close to everything decorah has to offer! The fall colors were beautiful and definitely showing off for us. We ended up using the air mattress to sleep on and that worked out really well for us as the back of the futon wasn’t very comfortable, but great for sitting! We were never able to find the trails that led down to the bottom of the Quarry, but that’s ok. We didn’t need to talk to the owners...

« it ended up just me the entire time and my step son two nights. i like as its two blocks from my grand sons. one has a bday on the 10 th he is 4 now so i had them come come over and we had cake and icecream . this to me means a lot to have a place to do this and see them thank you »

« It was so nice to have our own space so close to the college. The kitchenette allowed us to bring our own food & eat some quick meals in between activities. »

« It was such a lovely and cozy home. I loved that the home owner used the last 4 digits of my phone number as the access code. It was a fantastic location and was 7-10 minutes from every single thing we did in Decorah. My only word of caution is Uber did not seem to work in Decorah and Taxis stop early. Be prepared to drive yourself. The home itself was fantastic and my group of friends and I hope to rent it annually. »

« Host was very responsive. Extremely easy check-in/check-out. Quiet, simple and right in the heart of the town. Walking distance to everything. The stairs are very narrow and steep but there are handles and small landings on each floor that make it easier to navigate. Parking is in the alley behind the building but it was a very short walk to the main door. It was clean and perfect for a short stay. »
