« They really thought of everything! I can’t think of a single negative about this stay. Everything is provided! AND CLEAN! Not a speck of dust anywhere. Downstairs was a great space for our teens to have some privacy, the water equipment, the stocked kitchen, the flat top grill… we spent most of the day in the kayaks and SUPs, the kids enjoyed jumping off the dock. What a great space you’ve created! »

« We had a great time staying here for the Memorial Day weekend. The house was great, the beds were very comfortable, the kids loved jumping/swimming off the dock and we enjoyed using the kayaks. The area of the lake was very calm, what little boat traffic there were was very slow as it is in a no wake zone. Highly recommend this property! »

« Great house, yard, dock, view, location, and very responsive hosts. When we weren't on the boat, we spent most of our waking hours on the covered deck, with ceiling fans to keep us comfortable. The yard was great for cornhole, badminton and CanJam. Would rent this house again! »

« My son was competing in the Strongman Nationals in Concord NC Due to a mix up on another property we booked this property last minute and we are so glad the other one fell through. This house was like a trip back in time but with all the modern amenities you could need. Everything was so well done. With 8 of us, having 4 bedrooms and pool was perfect. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place with charm and convenience. »

« My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cute property. The house had everything we needed including plenty of coffee k-cups and bottled water. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck with our coffee in the mornings and in the evenings, watching fireflies. I appreciate that Nelson, the host, responded quickly to my questions prior to us arriving. Overall, a great stay that I would recommend for anyone visiting the Mooresville area! »

The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils we needed, which made meal prep easy. The location was perfect and convenient for boat rentals, which was a huge plus for us.The host was friendly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.
