« We spent 4 great days at Dan's who was so welcoming and friendly. The bedroom is very big and the bed is so comfy. Dans provides some cereals, croissants, orange juice and hot drinks every morning. Another perk was that we could use the kitchen and cook our meals, or take an already prepared salad on the table outside to enjoy the sun in the garden. Cherry on the cake: Dan has got a kayak we used to paddle along the coast which was fun. We practised our English over a drink on our last night. »

It was even nicer than in the photos and being there actually felt like staying in a five star hotel: massive fluffy towels, high-end bathroom products, plush, springy carpets, and a kitchen with everything you could think of, and all new. « The old vicarage was extremely spacious with lovely gardens - perfect for two families to spend time together. We especially enjoyed the lovely sea views from the veranda - a great place to relax with a glass of wine while the children played football or bounced on the trampoline. The apartment was also perfectly located - a short walk from the beach/minigolf and a range of good restaurants, and easy access to the various sights of the Isle of Wight. « The property was clean, pleasantly decorated and contained all the essentials we needed for a small family group. It was good to have a table and chairs on the decked area overlooking grassed space, where my grandson could play. Good location, near Fort Victoria and Colwell Bay and a short drive from the shops in Freshwater. »
