« This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...

« We loved staying in this yurt. It was beautifully decorated. The gardens outside were lovely and offered numerous places to relax. There were many little generous touches that I have not experienced in more expensive places. We would love to visit again! »

« Unfortunately, upon entry into this unit, the very first thing that overwhelmed me was a very obnoxious smell of mildew and wetness. And lots of chemical sense from cleaners, and other things, I tried airing the unit out to no avail in the middle of the night finally discovered the source of all of the smells, and it ends up being damp red bags, full of water and molding inside each closet, so the unit clearly has an issue with humidity and mildew and or mold.
