(Meagan great job at facilitating the rental management process, Adam thanks for the suggestions and help over the week) Everything you need for an exceptional "Caribbean of the North" experience is at your finger tips. Boat owners this is the one for you, your watercraft will be 10 steps away in a covered boat house on calm water. I can't stress enough about how convenient this was for our family, NO stress of waiting...

« House located close to the sand bar and marina. Easily access grocery stores, lake, casino, golf, and so much more. House was stocked with tons of towels, pillows, covers, grill, chairs and fire pit. Ashley was very inviting and quick to answer any concerns. Our annual family vacation of 8 adults, 2 pre-teens and infant was accommodating and comfortable. Great for those that seek comfort, location, clean well kept home. »

« The property was great. The hosts were extremely hospitable and friendly. The location was fine. The only complaint I would have is the speed and limited visibility of the traffic on the road between the property and the public access beach. It seems that the local authorities need to find a way to control it a bit better. »

« This property served us well for the 4 days we stayed here and was a good gathering space for visitors to relax and visit during our stay both in the living/family room and the large kitchen/dining room area. »

« Amazing location and cute cottage. Would recommend leaving ac running if guests are checking in as the window ac cooled the place but took a few hours and it was close to 94 degrees out when we checked in. Would also recommend keeping a few coffee mugs for guests and doing a deeper clean of the bathroom. »

« Amazing house with great meeting space. Nice mix of bedroom/bathrooms. Only negative is the steep driveway. This is the 2nd time we stayed here and will definitely look to book again. »

« We stayed here for a long weekend with a large group. The bunk room in the basement fit a lot of people! The house was very comfortable and there was a ton of parking. The views were stunning, we just wish we would have had warmer weather to enjoy it »

« Had a week long stay and the house worked out perfect. Enough space for everyone and right on Higgins lake. The owner (Erica) was very accommodating and responsive to all of our needs. Even texted me to see if we needed anything extra and asked about our stay. I would recommend this house if you are looking to stay on Higgins lake. »
