« We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view. Some tips: there is no elevator and no dedicated parking place. »

« Appart hôtel bien équipé et situé à deux pas du centre ville de Berne. Propre et confortable mais un côté inachevé dans les finitions (la chambre avait encore du placo apparent autour de la porte et du scotch de peintre dans la salle de bains). »

« Leider gibt es KEIN TV in dieser Unterkunft. Zwar wird in der Beschreibung ein grosser FlatTV angegeben, der aber keine TV-Sender empfangen kann. Die sehr zuvorkommende und äusserst nette Hotelchefin kannte das Problem mit den TVs und konnte meinen medizinisch bedingten Wochenaufenthalt nicht weniger langweilig machen.. Wer also TV schauen möchte, sollte diese Unterkunft nicht wählen! »

« The reception staff was exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the area, fluent in multiple languages and really helpful with information and assistance supplying us for our weekend stay. Apartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to stay in or go out (including much needed Nespresso and umbrellas). Everything is very walkable from the location. Was made to feel like a special guest. »

« Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs? »

« The location is great. Only a few minutes to the center. 10 min walk To the station. There is a big parking just in front of the apartment (19pm- 8am free). Normal price is 2chf per hour. Very clean apartment. The host provided everything needed for cooking, even the oil and salt. Many restaurants around if you want to eat outside. Good communication during the whole stay. Thank you ! We will definitely come back. »

« L'appartement se trouve un peu en dessus de l'hôtel. Il est vaste et permet de vivre aisément à 6 personnes. Très agréable. »
