« This is such a cute place. If we are ever in the area we would stay again. Great for 1 or a couple. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the room. Once you are up there the view is really pretty, a little marina where you can watch recreational boats float in and out. The decor is coastal. Bed is very comfortable and it has most of everything you are looking for. The hot tub should be removed from the listing as it's not really usable. « This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. »

« This place was absolutely amazing. Not only was the rv clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need the property is breathtaking. Frank the owner came out to greet us and show us the ropes. What a truly amazing couple him and his wife were. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. « Serene, modern cottage tucked away on the water but less than 1 minute from quaint town of Historic East Greenwich. Our stay was filled with scenic views, amazing nearby restaurants, and peace in a cozy updated super-clean cottage. It was perfect and better than described.
