« This property was very clean, appeared to be pretty new. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. The unit is a double, but we never saw/ heard from anyone on other side. The property manager was very prompt when we needed help. We might have done more cooking, but the kitchen equipment was pretty limited. I’d recommend it. The beds were very comfortable. »

« What a fantastic find! We had a 2 night stay at the Rotonda Retreat. Alex is a very friendly and responsive host and we felt right at home. It is very spacious and clean with a FULLY stocked kitchen and plenty of dishwasher & laundry pods and trash bags. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. It was very nice to relax and enjoy the lanai and heated pool with the hanging lights all around. Well worth the price for our group of eight. We would stay here again! »

« It was beautiful especially Boca Grande, went on a charter fish trip which was amazing. The property was also amazing nice dock and canoed the first day it was fun but then we saw a lot of gators but overall would come again! »

« We loved the nostalgia of the motel. Everything is updated and very clean! The park and Bay across the street were a great surprise and Eben better location for lunch and a walk. The rooms were a little cramped but meets all of our needs. We will definitely stay again! »
