« Bei unserer Abreise aus der Schweiz haben wir telefonisch dem Gastgeber unsere ungefĂ€hre Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt. Als wir ankamen, teilte uns die Mutter des Gastgebers mit, dass lediglich ein Doppelzimmer und keine Ferienwohnung fĂŒr 4 Personen verfĂŒgbar sei. Der Gastgeber teilte mir telefonisch mit, dass FeWo direkt ihm lediglich eine Person als Gast gemeldet hĂ€tte. Eine Mitarbeiterin von FeWo direkt hat uns spĂ€ter angerufen, um die HintergrĂŒnde der stornierten Buchung zu erfahren. Dabei hat sie...

« Der Gastgeber hat eine andere Ferienwohnung zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt, als die nach Bewerbung angezeigte und nach Vertrag gebuchte. Das war willkĂŒrlich und nicht den Bedingungen entsprechend. Gebucht - Unterkunft in Waldstraße 18 zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt Ferienwohnung im Platanenweg 5. Da wir bereits in Darmstadt waren und angereist sind, war eine KlĂ€rung vor Ort nicht mehr möglich. Das ist schlicht Vertragsbruch - habe ich so noch nie erlebt. »

« We arrived late in the evening after a concert in Frankfurt. The instructions were clear, and we had no problems accessing the apartment. We were very happy to have off-street parking. The neighborhood was quiet. We slept comfortably in the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bathroom and shower were excellent. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again. »

« I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The room was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. The floor had not been washed correctly: after my shower, I placed a white towel on the floor to wipe up the water, and it came back completely black. There were feces under the toilet bowl, the shower head was not descaled and covered in limescale, and to make matters worse, I even found a hair in the sink. This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this room at all...
