« We were there about 5 days and were very pleased with our decision to do so. The property is quaint and comfortable with everything we needed. The host was very kind and interested in our well being while we were there. The drive to Kansas City every day was pleasant and very manageable. We will choose this location again when we return to this area. »

« I needed a place close to the stadium and this fit the bill perfectly. I apparently didn’t throughly read the description that my unit was upstairs but that wasn’t a problem. I had difficulty getting the gate code to work, but Willy came right over and all was well. The place was perfect for me. As for other reviews, I did not have any ant problems and the place was clean. Being from So. CA I loved the hundreds of fireflies at dusk. I would recommend. Just be aware of it being upstairs. »

« We stayed to attend a conference for our church. The property manager was very responsive to our needs, she even called to check on us when there was a tornado in the area. »

« We've stayed at the Guest House every year since 2019 when traveling back to MO to visit family and friends.The accommodations always meet our needs so perfectly, especially when bringing our two little Yorkies. Family and friends enjoy dropping by - plenty of space to relax and visit, and kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook up a meal. Easy access to everything in the area. « Needed a place for a week close to Lee's Summit/KC area for various appointments. This place was absolutely perfect! It was located close enough to be able to get around and do things. The cabin is really cute and cozy. »

« This house was incredible. It had absolutely everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen (minus food of course), laundry room, plenty of extra towels for pool. Pool, dog and kid toys. Everything was clean and in good condition. This has been our best rental experience to date. »

« We really enjoyed our stay! It’s clean and each room is decorated in a super cute way. I always appreciate when there are little extras, like ziploc bags, band-aids, all the normal stuff you have in your home but don’t travel with. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my kids to run off some extra energy. The host was wonderful! Very conveniently located as well. We have family in the area and would love to stay here again next time we come back! »

« This place was exactly as it was described. The king bed was a little hard, but it was memory foam so if you waited, it conformed to you. It was a perfect place for what we needed. They have everything you need. Including an instapot. I will atay there again if it is available the next time we come here. »
