„Wir haben die besondere Atmosphäre dieses Hauses sehr geliebt. Um es richtig genießen zu können müsste man im Castel House eine Überwinterung buchen, wir waren leider nur 5 Nächte hier. Findet selbst heraus was das besondere ist. Wir können es nur befürworten. Alles was gebraucht wird, ist vorhanden. “

"The Lyrath Estate was the best hotel on our Ireland round trip. Everything was perfect. When we arrived in the afternoon a piano player was playing in the very nice, bright wonderful lobby. The breakfast was like the whole estate excellent. We can highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a stay near Kilkenny… "

"Gehobeneres grosses Hotel mit sehr grosszügigen Zimmern und freundlichem Personal. Im Zimmer hat es alles, was man benötigt und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Schwimmbad mit den Saunen und dem Wirlpool ist allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen und uns tränten die Augen nach dem Schwimmen. Es war auch sehr schmutzig. Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker und die Bedienung freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war grosszügig mit warmen und kalten Speisen. "
