„The country mobile home was a perfect place to stay while we visited the Newberry Opera House for a concert. It was very clean. Check in was easy. They left the light on for us outside since they knew we’d arrive late. Would definitely stay again if in the area!“

„Our larger group was in need of a pretty large house to stay at while we attended a local event. This one had plenty of space and a ton of character. Everything was extremely clean, and the kitchen in particular was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for the group. We'll be putting this location on the list for potential future stays in the area for sure! “

„The property itself is nice and very clean on the inside. The surrounding area is not the safest and there are a lot of homeless people walking around and talking throughout the night. There is also a train that is very loud every hour or so (including throughout the night). It was extremely difficult to get a good nights rest here due to the train and homeless people but the property was very nice on the inside. “

„ Newly renovated and they did a great job. They thought of little details that made our stay very comfortable. Only knocked off one star for location because a loud car kept going up and down the street. Not the owners fault and you could really only hear it if you were outside. Beds are comfy, the sleeper sofa sleeps like a sleeper sofa. Would be perfect for children or young teenagers. We only stayed one night but it was a great stay. Would stay here again.“

„I love the industrial look and the history about the mill. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. The place just grew on me. On a different note, new bath mats are needed. My brother fell getting out of the shower because the mat was very slippery. He’s fine. Towels rolled up on my bed were damp. With that being said I would definitely stay again. “
