« Stayed overnight in this gem of an apartment on our SW state parks hopping adventure. Walkable to many good restaurants. Close to parks and hiking trails. In the heart of quaint downtown. Easy parking. Super clean. Consistent and timely communication w/owners. We could have been quite comfortable staying for longer. I’d have titled it “Perfection” if a mountain or ocean view was included, and that’s just plain impossible in MN. »

« We rented the parsonage as an option for friends and family to stay while here for graduation. Check in/out was super easy. Our guests were happy with the location as well as the charm of the home. They definitely preferred this over staying at a hotel! »

« 7 family members stayed 4 nights as we watched our son/grandson/brother/nephew play his last college baseball games. The house was perfect for us. Convenient to campus, ball field, meals, and stores. Hot tub was hot and perfect after sitting in wind and cold at the ball games. Nice living / dining area to sit and visit. Molly, our host was helpful and responsive. All in all, a very nice visit »

« Brookings is where our oldest son has decided to call home. Being seven hours away from us and his wedding planned to be held in Brookings, this could have been a very stressful situation. Thanks to this wonderful Vrbo, we had a better than being-at-home experience! The location was perfect for all of our constant running to stores for preparatory supplies and it was a short drive to St. Thomas More Church where the wedding was held. « Great place to stay if you want something that feels like a home away from home. Super cozy, cute and updated apartment. Full kitchen, living room area and a great deck to relax on. Walking distance to Main street where you have your pick of shops and restaurant/bars. We were there for a wedding and our first trip to Marshall was a success. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to visit! »

« We had a great stay in Marshall as we were visiting for a hockey tournament. Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars, and nice amenities. Just a few minutes drive from the Red Baron ice rink. We’re so glad we found this great place yo stay! »

This property was absolutely perfect as we were away from the craziness of of Brookings on graduation day but still close enough that we didn't feel like it would be a hassle to get to the city.
