« Host quickly responds, house was very clean and the couch is so comfortable! The pool and hot tub had crystal clear water. It was a wonderful weekend stay and hope to make it back to Lubbock to stay here again. »

« The property was a great fit for the group that we had. The house had great accommodations, bathrooms, beds, etc., along with the porch/covering in the front of the house. The view of the lake and location to the marina was superb as well. Overall, worth every penny. »

« Wonderful place to stay in a very peaceful neighborhood. The pool is a wonderful private oasis as the name implies. The home is spacious and clean. »

« This property was obviously recently renovated and was beautifully done. Impeccably clean. Excellent communication from host. Great location, convenient for us to Texas Tech. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my future visits to Lubbock while my son is a Red Raider. »

« This home was very welcoming and so comfortable to stay in. Everything was wonderful. I definitely recommend staying here. It was easy to find and in a good neighborhood. I also love that it’s so close to some beautiful parks. »

« We stayed at this location to celebrate my wife’s doctorate graduation from TTU with family and we had a wonderful stay. The owner was attentive to our needs l, for example, the propane for the grill was out and she delivered a new one within an hour. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 10. Would recommend this location when visiting Lubbock. »

« The house was perfect for our needs. We had 8 people and there was plenty of space. Karen was so accommodating - leaving snacks and bringing over air mattresses when we needed one. She was very responsive and helpful in providing information on the area. We would stay there again! »

"Staff was friendly, breakfast has many choices. Main disaster is cleanliness of rooms, we book a suite but we changed as soon as arrived because the room was messy, bed was « kinda » made with many stains and hair on it, lamp wasn’t working… new room was OK, bed was at least neat if we forget about the long hair we removed ourselves… shower was calcified with lot of limestones but working. The stay was OK but will not renew it."

"Chambre correcte, agréable, silencieuse. Par contre le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. La fin du service est fixée à 9h00. Nous arrivons à 8h40 et dès 8h45 le personnel commence à débarrasser et ne ré-approvisionne pas, donc il faut faire avec ce qui reste autant dire pas grand chose. Pour ma part cela n'est pas correct ou bien on annonce que l'on n'est plus servi à partir de 8h45. Sur ce point je ne recommande pas cet hôtel."
