« Chambre correcte, agréable, silencieuse. Par contre le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. La fin du service est fixée à 9h00. Nous arrivons à 8h40 et dès 8h45 le personnel commence à débarrasser et ne ré-approvisionne pas, donc il faut faire avec ce qui reste autant dire pas grand chose. Pour ma part cela n'est pas correct ou bien on annonce que l'on n'est plus servi à partir de 8h45. Sur ce point je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. »

« Clean room but breakfast area too crowded that had to wait to prepare waffle but finally couldn't because batter was finished and not refilled. I booked two rooms but the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working and we were told there was no one available to fix that day and no option to change room. »

« C'était un séjour étape que pour dormir donc c'était suffisant et le prix très attractif. Niveau accueil on peut mieux faire, personnel pas très à l'écoute, petit déjeuner basique, le coin piscine est assez abîmé - après la chambre était spacieuse, propre et au calme. »

« Terrible. I tried to cancel. Expedia said it was up to property. Property said talk to Expedia. Pointing fingers at each other. I had a medical condition and had to cancel plans to fly home. Hope you enjoyed being paid for an unused room. I blame both businesses »

« We personally had a terrible experience. When we got there, our first room (non smoking) was filled with smoke smell. They switched us to another room, then all you could smell was dog pee. So then we get to our third room, it was manageable. The air conditioner didn’t work real great, our shower didn’t have hot water, had to ask them twice to fix that. The pool had a horrible fishy smell in the water and the whole entire pool room. »

« I was not told it was under renovation when booking. Pool not open and what spa? Found a nicotine pouch and a few bugs. »

« Séjour agréable et très bien en général. Les deux points à améliorer sont l’horaire du petit déjeuner qui finit à 9.00, c’est très tôt. Et l’isolation de la tuyauterie … vous entendrez le voisin prendre sa douche ou tirer la chasse d’eau. Dommage! »
