Came for my 27th bday with some friends an my girlfriend and it felt very “homey.” Utilized every square foot in the house just to relax and enjoy each others company and each room gives you a different vibe based on how you were feeling whether it was hanging out and having a fun night downstairs or just relaxing and unwinding upstairs. »

« Absolutely fantastic spot, right on the water, close to pretty much everything , a great walking path right there. The property itself was enormous and extremely comfortable. My dad especially loved it, and we loved being able to contain his snoring in the downstairs master suite :D »

« Our stay was good and it was very nice to be so close to Kings Beach. The only minor issue of the door code not working was solved immediately and otherwise had no issues. It was nice to find plenty of towels, some laundry soap to use and enough paper towels and toilet paper available in the place. The commuity pool was not crowded and the kids enjoyed using it. »

« For a late summer Tahoe trip with friends, this place was perfect. It’s close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants but set back enough to only hear woodland sounds in the morning. Check in and out was very straightforward. We had very comfortable weather where having the windows open at night was plenty to keep the place cool. »
