« We really enjoyed our stay. Be sure to follow the written instructions. We originally put the address provided into google maps and it took us to a different location. After we backtracked and followed the written directions, we arrived! The driveway was washed out in spots, which made traversing in our car a bit difficult. We took it slow and steady and made it. If youre going in winter, you will want something with 4 wheel drive. The property was gorgeous. We loved the rocking chairs on the...

« My family of 14 people needed a place for all of us to stay for the holidays. The twin turrets was a great fit for what we needed. Everyone had their own bed, the bathrooms took a little time to get showers scheduled, since there are only 2 showers, but it worked out. The home was fun to explore inside and out. We went for some walks on the trails, enjoyed watching the ducks and geese, or just looking out at the lake. So peaceful! »

« Everything that was needed was provided. The place was immaculate . The owner was responsive. The view was beautiful. The pool was refreshing. The house was cozy. Overall, it was was a wonderful staycation. »

« We loved the view from overlook cabin. Cabin was clean and cozy. Follow directions property manager sends you because gps will try to take you on a scavenger hunt but this was my fault. Accessing river a sxs or 4x4 definitely needed due to river being up. Very peaceful setting at river and cabin. »

« Great log cabin in a quiet setting close to 3 major state parks and a battlefield. The host has a quick response time and everything was clean and kept up. »

« It was nice. The only thing it needs is a coffee table. »

« We used this cabin as a central location for a week of exploring the local state parks. It was a great cabin with all the necessary amenities the beds are incredibly comfortable and we were able to comfortably fit our group of four. Do note that it can feel a bit crowded especially if you have a lot of bags. However we were more than happy staying here! »

« This is the best place to get your family together and family members off devices. I hope the owners never get Wi-Fi or cell service to the cabin. God’s country is beautiful! »

« Great spot, very peaceful setting, all the cooking options you could want. Cleanliness was top notch and the bedding was very comfy. Really enjoyed dinner on the deck then took a stroll around the neighborhood. Great experience would stay here again for sure. »

« We enjoyed the cabin at nights after floating the black river. »

« Everything was perfect (except for the weather at check-in!). The location is wonderful, we loved the bathroom/showers and greenhouse where we could hang and eat and admire Benka's plants! (So many orchids!). Keith was an awesome host filling us in on everything - even the surrounding area. The walking paths are beautiful and serine. The additional 5 canine hosts were adorable and Mici I'm so sorry you didn't spend at least one night with us! I wish we would have been able to stay longer...
