No pots pans utensils, plates cups or silverware.lots of dirt underneath the furniture. Has not been cleaned in forever. The photo shown was not of the place I rented. Was supposed to have internet. "For a hotel of this standing, service is minimal, even unfriendly (bad experience at breakfast). Breakfast lacked variety and was moderately good. There is an espresso machine, but it doesn't work (no espresso coffee for the whole stay). The hotel is very clean but in need of serious refurbishment. "

"Staff not friendly. The curtains did not close. The first night the electricity went down 4 times. Pillow case with duty mark. The pictures on the website does not correspond to the actual structure of the hotel. The check in is at 15h00. I only succeeded to get a room at 15h40 (no room was available due to cleaning process). I changed room twice cause the first one had food on the floor."
