« The staff (Chef Tony, Sandra, John’s, and Tifari) were great, they took such good care of us. My only constructive comment is that the lounge chairs by the pool all need to be replaced, as many of them are broken, also the kayak and paddle board should be replaced as they’ve seen better days. »

« Karen is a great host. Communication was perfect. She connected us with everything we needed: VIP pickup, driver, cook etc. She checked on us multiple times prior to the date, to give us updates. Everyone was welcoming. Ms. Annette is an amazing staff. She made sure the place stayed clean and cooked delicious meals for us. With Ms. Annette, whatever meal you want you will get.
