« My daughter and I spent a four-day weekend in Edenton at the Southern Porch Charmer which was a house from1920. The inside was beautiful and it was within walking distance to the lighthouse. There is a beautiful park by the lighthouse and it has a really nice playground for children and plenty of benches to just relax by the water. « We absolutely loved our stay here. The cottage is well prepared for guest and their fur babies (if you have them). There was coffee in the kitchen (keurig), shampoo, bodywash, etc in the both bathrooms. Dog bowls/toys/treats! The backyard is huge which our pup loved! We were there for father's day and because there wasn't another reservation after us that day, we were able to enjoy a late checkout (per the host recommendation).
