„Condo was very clean and on 2nd floor overlooking James St. No elevator. While there are 2 doors for the building, the code to get into the building only works on the back door (safety? Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors ...

Within easy walking distance to Stearns Park Beach and North Pier Lighthouse and close drive into shops, restaurants, bookstores, and the Ludington State Park, where you will find another beach, beachhouses, and the Hamlin Dam, Hamlin Lake, Lost Lake, etc... „Beautiful, well equipped older home very close to the Ludington beach and downtown. The Ludington Maritime museum is a block away and full of history about the area. Plenty of room for our family of adult children and us. The front porch is great for morning coffee, relaxing and reading. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the spices, coffee, cookware and utensils for cooking in the house. We loved the antiques, claw foot tub, and sinks. A step back in time. Thank you. “

„The house is just beautiful - comfortable and clean, with plenty of room. We loved the fenced yard for my sister's dog, and the gate at the top of the basement stairs was fantastic for keeping her separated from my cat. (I imagine it'd be convenient for kids, too. ) Nice and close to downtown Ludington, where my nephew's wedding venue was. Easy check in, and the easiest check out I've ever had at a rental. 100% recommend - one of the best places I've ever stayed, and a really great first VRBO ...

„The host made the trip, we had a furnace failure and couldn't make our date. She arranged for us to come the next weekend, no extra cost. Outstanding!!! The condo was extremely clean and comfortable.The only downside is the bartender at the bar across the street rides a Harley and leaves at 2:30am, no fault of the host. We had a great stay.“
