« The house was nice, met all our needs. The wifi didn't work (the POC never called back), but we didn't worry about it since we spent 85% of our time at the beach. You have a view of the Gulf, from the balcony, which was great to start each day. Its 2nd row, and so close to the beach. There was plenty of towels, dishes, small appliances for our needs. 2 fridges, and 2 microwaves.The master bed and guest bed/queen are very comfortable, my boys said the bunk beds were not the most comfortable,...

« We have had 3 previous stays in Surfside, but this place is our absolute favorite. I spent almost every minute of each day either on the beach or on one of the decks so I could absorb the sounds of the surf and the wind, and even the thunderstorms. From the front door we could relax and watch the dolphins play, and wade and swim and relax on the beach just a few steps further away. Even the dog had a great time. Perfect! We'll be back. »

« Internet went out and Ashley was so helpful to get it repaired. Cynthia came and stayed with the repairman so we could leave. Kitchen was equipped with dishes and utensils. I would like to have more room to have stored items we brought with us. It had elevator which helped with someone with bad back. There was some minor repairs needed such as inside showers missing handles and 2nd floor sliding door would not lock and some lights were out to name a few. »

« This property delivered! Lots of sleeping areas, everyone had a bathroom. Wifi was great. They had plenty of towels, dishes, toilet paper, dish soap... everything we didn't think to bring, so it was perfect. This space was great for a large group looking to hang out on the deck, main area or walk over to beach with path directly to. I will definitely reserve here again! »

« Kat was amazing, keeping us informed in the days and hrs leading up to our check in. We loved the super close proximity to the beach. Everyone loved tge deck with its amazing ocean views and comfortable seating. All the rooms had comfortable beds, and the kitchen was fully equipped- even had a blender! The outdoor shower was particularly helpful to rinse the children off. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »

« I cannot say enough about how my family and I LOVE this home. It is right on the beach and has everything you need for a perfect stay. My dogs are always welcome and they love being there. The host is amazing and always accommodating. This is the only home we stay in now. This was my 4th stay. »
