« We were so fortunate to find this cozy cottage in Bridgewater. My husband and I stayed a week as we helped our daughter and family move to their new farmhouse in Emery. The kitchen was adequate to prepare full meals, and a washer/dryer for a week’s stay was a blessing. Alicen is the perfect owner/hostess/Bridgewater Ambassador. We would definitely return. »

« Everything was as expected. Even being a lower level apartment, I was never cold. The bed was super comfortable! The neighborhood was really quiet, as I barely saw anyone around. If I ever again need a place to stay in Sioux Falls I would definitely check to see if it was available. »

« Such a cozy room. The room was decorated so cute. It made you want to curl up and stay in on the cold rainy day. The hot tub was great. Having a hot plate or griddle of sorts would be helpful so you don't have to leave at all. »

We felt like we were no more than 10 mins from everything that we needed while visiting family. Only 20 mins from downtown. It was decorated so beautifully, nice and clean, and had all the extra touches that some VRBO’s neglect. Working with Chris was quick, professional, and personal. We will 100% snag this spot every time we visit. »

« This house had everything down to the marshmallows and sprinkles for hot chocolate. The halls were decked. Our granddaughters loved the reading knook. Our nine year old granddaughter loved the craft supplies. I packed essentials like laundry detergent and coffee and discovered laundry detergent and coffee!
