« Its a shared bathroom and isn’t listed like that, Room 1, the bedding was used and the pillow case had blood on it, the pillows are over worn and just lumpy the walls have mould on them and the second wall is in very poor repair with white paint splashed on over grey paint, the floorboards has big gaps between them, the bathroom has a wrap wound curtain where you can barely stand without the curtains touching you that are also very tired, the doors have big gaps and the windows don’t close...

« No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

« The property is clean and obviously fairly new. That being said, the area is fairly run down and it’s on a very noisy main road. The blinds in the bedroom were insufficient regards managing daylight levels and so the room was very bright, very early. Curtains over the blinds would be ideal. And whilst it has TV it doesn’t have any terrestrial channels but rather just streaming services (so I had to do a Prime video/itv x free trial just to watch the World Cup football). Really nice property,...
