« Horrible stay!!! will never use Guest Ready anymore. Bed was old and left us with serious back pains. The white bedding was so old. The terms and conditions says the heating is set for max of 23 degrees but it trips off after a while and hardly warms up, its done this way to save owner energy bills but at expense of customers, very bad. I was so cold was having shivers through the night and had to buy a stand alone heating Bad shower head, never fixed, complained but was told I have to wait...

« A lovely small appartement, with a little garden very peacefull. We had nice weather, so we were able to eat out a few times Just 2 things, the bathroom is very small especially the sink, and the sofa bed is 120 cm large so narrower than an usual 2 person bed, so it was enough for our two children but perhaps too narrow for 2 adults. London is not so far away with the metro or train and Winbledon is a very chic and quiet place. We will gladly come back »
