« The property was a relaxing getaway after long days at the baseball fields. Our kids played in a baseball tournament in Kokomo. We wanted somewhere to stay that was bigger than a hotel room with all the amenities and comforts of home. It was quiet and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was stocked with anything we needed to fix a quick meal. The owners were great at communicating. You can tell they take great joy in their cottage. We really enjoyed our stay. »

« We were in town for a wedding. This house was a fabulous stay for us! It was spacious, very clean and in a great location. Our host was fabulous, always quick to respond. When we arrived we were greeted by a personalized welcome sign, fresh made bread and a goody basket of snacks. There were 4 adults staying and it was great! We really enjoyed front porch sitting!!! If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely make this our place to stay. »

« Located on a cute side street with quaint shops and a brewery across the street and nice restaurants a few steps away. Our adult children and their families couldn’t believe we were in Kokomo Indiana. Everyone was in town for a wedding and it was the perfect place to stay and also to host family members to join us to hang out between festivities. Host was wonderful - so accommodating and responsive. We all agreed we want to stay again next time we are all in town! »

« This was a perfect cottage experience - the house itself is so charming and well kept but what puts it over the top is the location! It is literally minutes from the wonderful forest trails or the lake. You can't go wrong with a walk in either direction! And it is an easy walk to the beach park and Village! I stayed two weeks to work on a writing project and could have stayed longer. Two of my favorite features of the house are the electric fireplace indoors and the gas fire pit on the porch....

« Super nice inside, easy street parking. Kitchen is huge plenty of room for whole family. The entire place is big. Luv the high ceilings!! Bathrooms are great and luv the plush towels . Beds were comfy too! Even has a rooftop patio. Bonus being around corner from great coffee shop!! We will be back when in the area. »
