« Pictures don't do it justice! This was a great place to spend our vacation in. Creek right behind the house was absolutely stunning. While I was drinking coffee on the large porch the first morning, a deer welcomed me to the neighborhood. Incredibly peaceful spot. We did a lot of sightseeing, so we didn't get a chance to fish the lake that's well within walking distance, but heard it is a great fishing lake. « Brand new property with great views and convenience to the trails! Owners did an amazing job putting together this property. Furnishings are top of the line. Don’t be discouraged by the drive back. The property sits back in off the road with plenty of privacy and plenty of parking. Might want to put it into 4x4 if pulling your trailer up the driveway. « Could not have asked for a smoother check-in and out! The property is perfect for what I needed and the attention to the little details that made my stay easier (coffee pods, etc) was so appreciated!! Will stay here again when I come back to Pike Co for sure!! »

« We’ve been coming to HMT for about 6 years. The house was great. Clean. Well maintained. Host was readily available for any and all questions. Self check in. Love the central location between all of our normal trails. I gave it a 4 star over all because although it had free wifi there was no cellular service. For some of our crew it was difficult to keep in touch with family. The other issue was the couches were too low for our crew. I know they change to beds but sitting in them was difficult...

« The place is a lot smaller than expected. Parking was a little tricky. But it worked for one night. Wifi wasn't great and we didn't have any towels. Wish it had some type of fold out chair or little desk to do some work on. Other than that, it was a cute, peaceful place. Beds were comfortable, space was clean. Would stay again, but would be prepared better. »

« The property was incredibly well maintained. So many well mowed areas to walk or just sit by the pond. The cabin has a lovely front porch that made it easy to just sit and relax. All the comforts of home are provided. This was a fabulous place for a getaway »
