« Host took an hour to arrive to give access to the room. Apartment was filthy. Electricity kept going out so the host would ask the guest to top up. Nothing worked in the apartment and eventually given a refund in darkness. The host is rude, unprofessional lacks respect and part of the decline of Mombasa as a tourist hotspot. « Our stay at the Swahili Beach Apartments was lovely. The staff were very kind and receptive to our requests, however, there are a few things that we’re missing in the unit. 1. Water was said to be provided, and on the first day it was, however on the second day we were told that water was only provided for the first day.
