« Excellent location, host was great »

« The house was perfect for our family of 4. We especially liked the back patio for our morning coffee and afternoon happy hour. All the amenities were just perfect. »

« This worked great for us. We had 5 people staying, 4 players and a caddie. Our tee times were spread over the entire day. Thursday we had 8:00, 10:20, 11:50 and 2;00 and the second day 8:00, 12:00, 1:20 and 2:20. So the late ones got to sleep in. Pretty much just sleeping and a shower was all we needed »

« We booked this property for our church convention, and it was great. The home was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and overall it felt like home. The staff was awesome and easy to get in contact with. We will be booking this home in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. »

« I gave check-in process only 3 stars, NO fault of the host. It is a VRBO app and technical issues. The host immediately corrected it and helped me with check-in. Host made up for the tech issues on behalf of VRBO, very friendly and responsive. »

« Nice home in a nice location. We were in town for a Sioux City Musketeers Futures camp and were only 10 minutes away from those events. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Sioux City. »

« I enjoyed the quiet cozy house. It is pet friendly and my little dog was much happier in the little house compared to a motel.The property manager was very helpful and communicated promptly.I will stay again if I have the opportunity too. »

« Property was as described and right in the heart of Sgt. Bluff. Easy process of checking in and excellent communication with Owner. Fenced yard for dogs was a plus! »

« The property is absolutely beautiful!! The hobbit house is definitely the coolest place I’ve ever stayed! Hosts were friendly and easy to work with. Beds comfy, house was very cozy and unique! Make sure to sign the journal and look for the treasure box and ring! »

« We loved staying here. The house is clean, spacious, and has everything you need. It's out of the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to drive in if you want to explore or if youre like us, take your kid to baseball games. The host was extremely nice and helped any time we had a question. We will definitely be staying here again and can't wait to try out the pool. If you like cruising around and seeing the country side, this is the place! »
