The property manager offered to fix it the day before we left but we said no at that point. The dryer takes hours to dry even the smallest load. « This unit is a great place to stay while in Fernie. We thoroughly enjoyed the room and the area it’s in. We enjoyed nice walks through the neighborhood and of course the mountain views.If we come back to Fernie we will definitely try to rebook. »

« Horrible. The property totally misrepresented the amenities. The hot tub, sauna and pool were out of commission for months. None of those amenities were available. I canceled but the place refused to give me my money back saying I missed the 24 hour cancelation period. Yes, after booking they sent an an email late at night saying those amenities weren't available and I had 24 hours to check my email and then cancel. Stay far away from this property. »
