« Great location, lake access was perfect. Lots of kayaks/canoes/life jackets. Games room fantastic. Asked for a refill of propane for bbq and had it within minutes. Felt like we were in our own place with no owners but if we had any issues felt they would take care of it right away. Would higly recommend. Already looking at bookings for next year! »

« My family of 5 adults loved staying in this wonderful, spacious home. We were all so comfortable inside with the layout that gave each of us the privacy when we wanted and space for meal prep, dining, board games and hanging out together too. There were more than enough linen and towels.The location is truly minutes from the centre of Gravenhurst and also close to the activities we chose to engage in. Our host was very helpful in every way.We had so much fun in this home and in the Gravenhurst...

« We loved the inside of the cottage, it was very clean and beautiful. It had a great view as you can see the lake from the dining table. Host was also helpful and provided us with plastic cups at our request, and gave us a tour. I would definitely recommend. »

« We really enjoyed our family getaway over the Labour Day. The cottage is cute and is a close drive to Bala. It would be have been preferable to be waterfront or have better lake access but the place was clean, the owners were nice and the area is still lovely. »

« Comfortable. Clean. Hot tub took some time to warm up it once it was warm it was perfect. Coffee, tea and other basics were available in the kitchen and the tv has Netflix and other options to sign in to. Very relaxing »

« The property and cottage were well maintained and overall we enjoyed our stay. The ad stated that there would be an additional charge for pets without a value. Upon reaching out it was not clarified and ended up being $75 per dog on arrival. It would be appreciated if that was communicated prior. Our initial greetings with the host were rushed and there were errors with the wifi connection effecting our payment. The host persisted that I must use another form of payment while standing outside...

« Great lake! The boat house was clean and cozy, well equipped. The only thing is that it needs more lighting. The drive way slopes so stay on the gravel part as the car can get stuck if parked on the steep non gravel part especially if the ground is wet it can be muddy. The driveway that leads to the cottage, the bush needs to be cut back as the entrance is hidden. Bring bug spray. There is a nice dock to sit on and watch the sun set and great to dine outside. « L’endroit propose un site propice pour profiter de la nature. Il se situe très près de la rampe de mise à l’eau ce qui facilite grandement l’expérience. De plus, il est près de tous les services tels que restaurants, épicerie…Nous avons passé d’agréables moments en famille. »

« Cottage Binx hosted our two families for a cottage getaway. The cottage was nestled in the woods on the Muskoka river and provided great privacy. The cottage itself was very clean and perfectly accommodated our two families. Our host Tej was excellent in answering any questions we had during our stay, always responding within minutes. The cottage has kayaks, and the kids loved fishing on either the paddle boat or the aluminum rowboat. The fire pit area was awesome for a campfire and roasting...

« This is a beautiful cottage, clean, spacious and has a good size property with many trees which allows for privacy. The waterfront is beautiful, walk in shoreline and a dock. I would definitely stay here again. The host accommodated me and made sure everything was scent free which is very nice because many rentals say it will be scent free but isn’t. »
