« The little apartment was perfect for me and my wife. It is only a couple blocks to wonderful boardwalk and beach. The owner is awesome to work with and so friendly. There are great bikes to use and beach chairs/cart/etc to use. We came for a concert at Jones Beach but we made a great long weekend out of it. We would absolutely return. »

« Our family of eleven enjoyed a week long stay at Modern Retreat. It was a great space for 6 adults, 4 toddlers and an infant. The large kitchen was well appointed and lots of needed household items provided. We especially enjoyed the two covered balconies for our morning coffee and fresh air. The kids loved the games/toys and upstairs living space. The location was close to many restaurants, grocery store, playground and several blocks from the beach.
