« This group was made up of 7th-12th graders from our classical Christian school (and adults). Our school has a house system and has an ongoing competition, and this group of boys won! This house was selected for their retreat, and they thoroughly enjoyed the house and their time up north. The chaperones said the homeowners were easy to contact regarding access and if anything came up. Thank you for a great retreat! We would highly recommend this home for any large or small groups!! »

« We enjoyed hiking through the woods. Even found some Indian pipe growing! Clean, plenty of supplies, games, and beds. »

« We had a fantastic time !! So many wonderful memories made !! Beach was great, weather was great and boat rental topped it off !! »

« We had an amazing time at this little house on the lake. It easily held our family of 7, plus our sweet golden retriever. We all had so much fun kayaking around the lakes (pup included), lounging in the yard and relaxing in the house. »

« Red Indulgence did not disappoint!! We loved this accommodation and all of its amenities. It is truly a private escape in a beautiful part of the Huron-Manistee National Forest. We will definitely be back! »

« The whole stay was perfect! This house and everything was amazing! So glad to have found it we stay in Muskegon a couple times a summer & Will definetly stay here again during future stays »

« When i got to the address it took a while 15 mins to locate the cabin, a local lady helped me find the sun-bleached signs by the entrance, she told me go straight back on the road and there it was. I could tell by looking around it was not clean. I cleaned the outhouse and swept the floor in the cabin. Overall it was quite and comfortable . Needs a table and chairs .Jerry »

« This little cabin is definitely a "not for everybody" but perfect for us two, 60 plus husband and wife of 43 years! It was one of the most peaceful and quiet get a ways ever. Angie is a great host! »

« Excellent.One suggestion:We didn't locate any tools for cleaning the gas grill. It was not clean when we arrived, and we struggled to clean it after our use. »

« The house was gorgeous and the host was great! The layout is perfect for a group and the pool and backyard were amazing! Close to beaches and lots to do on property. It’s an amazing place and we had so much fun. »

« It was very nice and peaceful, the river right now in the backyard did a little bit of fishing, the only thing that could make it better is maybe some cable or Wi-Fi »

« We had a great time. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, hang out, and every game imaginable was available. Great back deck and a yard that's great for throwing a ball or a frisbee or anything else. Little beach space perfect for younger children and the kayaking on the lakes is great. Easy to get to and grocery nearby makes cooking for the group easy. Would recommend. »
