„We loved staying at this apartment! The room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The washing machine was a great perk, and the location was super convenient with mini markets and a train station nearby. A huge thank you for going the extra mile to return the charger cable I left behind - that was so thoughtful! We highly recommend this accommodation!“

„Staff was super kind and helpful! Everything is clean, rooms are nice and it's in a quiet and nice neighborhood in Tokyo. Lots off traditional restaurants and also a supermarket nearby. Easy to reach from the subway. It's a little retro and the room smelled like cigarette smoke, however we got room spray from the staff, which made the smell go away. All in all a nice and affordable hotel for Tokyo!“

„The location is excellent at just a 3 minute walk from the Yamanote line. The room was clean and as expected. The aircon worked well and keep cool overnight. The bed was comfy. If you're looking for a no frills, place to sleep and shower, and take off for the day, this is the place to stay at.“

„The property is in a residential area so it is nice and quiet at night. Consequently, you need to be quiet yourself, but it makes for a perfect night time get away after busy days in the city. There are lots of restaurants in the area providing plenty of food options for lunch, dinner, or a late night snack. With heasy access to Hatsudai station, I highly recommended this stay as a home base for your Tokyo excursions. “

„マンションを何部屋かホテルとして借り上げたかんじです。地下鉄駅目の前で道路に面しており車の騒音がダイレクト。階段しかなく、喋りながら階段を上がる他の部屋の客の声が室内に丸聞こえでうるさかった。トイレとシャワーは同じ風呂場にあり、仕切りや高低差なし。シャワー浴びる際は濡らさないようトイレットペーパーを外しておかないといけない。風呂場がとにかく臭い。風呂場用スリッパはキッチンのシンク下に入っていた。部屋は臭くない。トイレットペーパーの替えはなし。使い捨て歯ブラシと個包装のコットン&綿棒は机に沢山置いてあった。“

„This apartment is in such a good location! Very clean, quiet, comfortable mattress, shower with good heat and water pressure, nice washing machine, nice kitchen. The two queen beds are squeezed in one room, so you have to climb over one mattress to get to the other. There was only two of us on this trip, so we did fine. Very close to the train station. For the four of us this was a "homebase" while in Japan. We did not spend time in the apartment that much and for that it might have been a bit too small but for our purposes it was perfect. "Sehr kleines, nicht sehr gemütliches Zimmer. Bett ok, die Einrichtung war schon Jahrzehnte alt. Im TV kein englischsprachiger Kanal. Lage ok, ca 1km zum Bahnhof Shinjuku, Restaurants in der Nähe. Standard 2-3 Sterne maximal."
