„This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Covington! We wanted a quick weekend getaway to relax/unwind and this was exactly what we were looking for. It was so fun visiting the horses, pigs, dogs, cats, goats and chickens. We will definitely be back!“

Carla is very friendly and a great hostess. Excellent communication skills. i had an ac problem in the suite above the garage and she was on it and had a tech fix right away.A great stay “

„Nice property. My gps didn’t take me to the right house but my husbands did. House was clean, well stocked, quiet and amazing access to the lake. We enjoyed the dock and fire pit as well. Grass was super long but they sent landscaping on our last day. Great neighbors as well. “

„The house was very clean as well as the pool. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Great communication with Christian before, during and after our stay. He was very attentive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed I stayed at this house in September 2024 and this September 2025 for a UGA football game. I highly recommend this house.“

„Perfect location for my quick overnight. Know Athens well as previous resident. Great privacy, location a quick walk or uber and snap you’re downtown/Sanford Stadium. Super easy to find, you feel like you’re in the woods with all the evergreens/green vegetation. Clean, equipped with what you need for overnight or longer stay. Location awesome for college campus/downtown you name it.“

„We were looking for something nicer and more secure than a hotel. The neighborhood is safe and the option to use the garage was appreciated. The rental space was recently updated and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the home owner was great and she was very flexible when we had to add another night. We would recommend staying here if you want something that feels more like home. “

„This stay was extremely disappointing and not at all what was advertised. While the owner did respond quickly to messages, there was no reimbursement offered after the first night when the air conditioning stopped working, which made the stay very uncomfortable and we were forced to stay at a nearby hotel. The property was not clean—dust was visible in several places and we also noticed bugs inside. The pool was filled with leaves and clearly not maintained, and the backyard was in poor ...
