« My husband alone utilized this apartment because it was near UNC Chapel Hill Hospital, where my daughter had an extended 10 day stay. We greatly appreciated that the host was quickly available when we needed to make a last-minute stay. The apartment complex is only 2 miles from the hospital. We also appreciated that he welcomed our little doodles with no additional fee. »

« We had an amazing visit! Our apartment was beautifully equipped and was in an unbelievable location! Everything was walkable and the people in the area were incredibly friendly. We loved hanging out in our apartment and the common areas. We will definitely use Barsala again in other cities - they were phenomenal with our customer service and the place was a 10 out of 10!!! »

« Our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. The original reservation was canceled by the host the day we were supposed to check in, while we were already traveling from Florida to North Carolina. We were placed in a replacement property that was completely unfit for guests.The home had serious electrical issues, including lights and outlets that didn’t work. The stove was broken, and the linens were used and dirty—we had to wash them ourselves. There was dust everywhere, food...

« This was such a great place to stay for my 4 days stay in Raleigh. It was super close to the museums and parks and surrounded by some delicious food. The space was a perfect fit for myself and 2 young kids. They loved playing on the pool table. The hosts were easy to communicate with and made sure I was having a comfortable stay. If I come back out this way I'd love to book with them again. »

« The cabin was perfect for my 5 year old daughter and I to spend a few days. There is a grill and kitchenette (no stove/oven) but that's fine for short stays or if you plan to eat out most days. Clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The hosts were amazing - friendly, helpful, easy to reach. Highly recommend this for your next getaway. »

« Pros: The property was clean, well-stocked, functional, and located in a convenient part of town if you need quick access to downtown Durham. The property was stocked with common necessities (shampoo, food seasonings, clothes iron, hairdryer, etc.). The only things missing were coffee creamer and tea, but I was able to get those things nearby. The main bedroom was perfect for a typical family of 4 - it had a bathroom inside the room with a very nice double shower. This was my first BNB...
