« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« We got there to check in right at 4 and they didn't have a room for us. They didn't give us the room we were paying for until almost 6pm. The next morning when we were trying to take showers (me and 4 children) we ran out of hot water after 2 showers. The grounds were nice and so was the pool but the late check in and hot water are pretty unbelievable. I talked to management and all they offered me was some free food at the pool for the trouble. »

« Nous sommes restés 5 nuits dans l'appartement 34 côté cour. Très bon séjour idéal pour les visites. Appartement très bien équipé. Personnel à l'écoute et réactif. Salle de bain un peu petite mais très grande douche. Lit d'appoint peu confortable mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Accès à la plage très bien. Nous espérons y revenir. »
