While small, it offers almost everything one could want in a beach stay. A well equipped kitchen and dishware for meals in. « This beach unit was just as described. The location was excellent and very quiet. The unit is small, but fine for a few days and only 3 of us. There was good storage space and lots of light in the unit. Bring your eye mask though if you want to sleep in as there was alot of light in the morning too even with the drapes drawn. « The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. « Older well maintained, super clean condo with lots of space. Excellent location and view. Comfortable mattresses on both the king size bed and the murphy bed in the living room. The deck was larger than most and looked out to the ocean and down to the promenade. I would come book it again! »

« The TV did not work. Had to buy DVDs to play. Left front burner doesn't get hot enough and the oven knob has no temperature for cooking on it. I was told one price and charged another. Would never stay again as it had too many steps and would not get the TV to work »

« Loved the location and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of exploring. Beautiful property tucked away from the main roads. Easy access to drive to Astoria and Canon Beach areas. »
