« The Barn was absolutely wonderful!! Exactly as pictured. The photos in the bedroom are so cool, I could have been looking out my hotel video in Vegas. It was perfect for our family gathering. Erik was very an excellent host. We will certainly stay here again. »

« It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a good location. The place was clean-ish, but could be more clean. There were no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, which made for a damp smell and a humid area to get ready for the day. Barely any extra amenities like linens, pillows, towels, washcloths, or toilet paper. There is a washer and drier but no laundry soap to use. An ok place to stay in a pinch, but not my first choice. »

« Exactly as advertised. Simple, no-frills, pet friendly beach house in a very nice neighborhood. When we arrived the water had been turned off (for the winter?). We messaged the host and she had the water co there in 30 mins! Great host, very responsive. Big TV. Stack W/D is great to have. Everything works. We spent 5 nights and would stay there again for sure. »

« We stayed in Knot One and it was the perfect location and size for us. We brought our dog and his only issue was that the stairs were very dark at night and he had difficulty getting down to potty. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant across the ICW (reserve the prime rib!!!) and even had live music. We came by boat and reserved a slip with the Coinjock Marina. Our slip was right next to our room. We have already started planning our next trip to Coinjock! »

« All 16 family members gathered in this lovely property for a fantastic week. The home was perfect providing space for 8 adults and kids from 21 to 6 to have space. Proximity to the beach was perfect. The pool and patio adjacent to the pool provided great afternoon gathering space. The elevator was a great help in bringing groceries in and the kitchen provided all that was needed to prep meals for a crowd. Definitely a home designed for a large gathering looking to make seaside memories. »
