« We loved the ability to put our kayaks and bikes in the secure garage. Downtown was close as were multiple bike trails and entry points. Chippewa Falls was an easy drive, and we enjoyed visiting Lake Wissota. The house was cute and had everything we needed. The location is not a resort type area; the surrounding neighborhood is family and student oriented. It was a quiet neighborhood. The closest restaurants and downtown amenities are a 15 minute walk, but everything is an easy drive. »

« The staff at the hotel were so friendly and knowledgeable. We did not know any of the history of the hotel or town when we booked our stay and everyone was so kind in welcoming us and sharing with us the unique history! Highly recommend staying here for a few nights to tour all the town has to offer. »

« I had an issue getting into my room after returning and the staff was very gracious and put me into a dofferent room and drove 30 minutes to help rescue me so i could get my belongings from the room. I would stay here again. Has wonderful historic charm. »

« Lovely historic hotel with modern amenities in the heart of a small town on the river front. Once checked in I could have all of my needs met by foot! A nice brewery, restaurants and the river front all within a mile. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever enjoyed in a hotel. Hours are spotty, but I did get to enjoy both the basement Speakeasy as well as the dining room for breakfast. Wonderful stay overall. »

« This was what we were looking for. Close to Grand Maris and surrounding area. On the lake was beautiful, super full moon on the water.accommodations meant with our needs. Plenty of space for 5. The only complaint was the futon. It was not comfortable at all. Brought in chais from the deck. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves in the rental. »

« The hosts are amazing. The space is amazing vibes. Everything you need and more. An expansive book collection. 2 blocks from the food coop. 3 blocks from the coop . Across the street from a park, the park connects to Phoenix park via under road walkway which rules, which is a hub of the bike trails. . I rented this for my sister, her husband, and their two kids when they visited. I just put all the cool decorations out of reach. The vibes are immaculate and super cozy.
