« This was the perfect location to do nothing and hang with family. We cooked a lot (the blackstone grill was awesome!) and enjoyed the pool and sports amenities on the property. Plenty of space to run around and for the kids to enjoy the game room and outdoors ! There’s not a lot around the area but that’s exactly what we wanted. We didn’t leave the awesome home and acreage the whole time! »

« Overall, excellent rental. The location is wonderful (walking distance to hershey museum and several restaurants and shops). While walking times are listed for hershey world and hershey park, you can't actually walk to them. The drive is about 10 minutes. You could walk to zoo America. Check in was easy and the host accommodated our earlier than expected arrival. Only improvement I can recommend would be a new mattress or add a supportive mattress topper in the adult bedroom. « We had 16 people stay here for 3 nights. There was plenty of space for group meetings and plenty of space for private time. Check-in and check-out went like clockwork. The house was well stocked with all the essentials, like cookware, towels, etc. The indoor pool and indoor basketball hoop was a big hit, as was the ping pong and piano. Great location, plenty of privacy, beautiful scenery. Would not hesitate to return, yeah, it's that's nice. »

« owner is great guy,,,,,place is really really run down and beat up,,,,has two days of flooded kitchen from rain and had roaches in kitchen,,,i left two days early out of four days..was very cold ,,owner had to supply space heaters for the place,,upstairs controls everything »

« We were very happy with the place. It was nice and clean, well-suited to our needs, and the host had excellent communication. The bedrooms were spacious and it slept the 11 of us with no problems. The location makes it easy to get to and from Hershey, and once the work on the highway is finished, I think it will be even easier. Overall it was an excellent stay. Thanks! »

« Niman House was clean and has some great river views. It was a great place for us to relax for a few days away from our busy schedules. Would recommend! »

« Plenty of room for our kids & grand kids! Great deck and backyard! Liked that Starbucks coffee pods & sugar were available, but wished there was cream. Charming house and a quiet neighborhood & short drive to Hershey Park! »

« We had the BEST WEEKEND EVER at this house! The pool was fabulous--it helped that we had perfect weather. We were there to celebrate our 50th Anniversary, and we even had a photographer come and take professional family photos. »

« Beautiful house and property. Well stocked bathrooms with lotions, toothpaste, toothbrushes, creams and even bath robes in the master bath. Plenty of big towels. Kitchen had all modern appliances. Coffee beans and grinder! So much more! Bottles of water and two bowls of candy were left for us and very much appreciated. The host was readily available and helpful. A definite 10! »

« This property was very charming. It was easy to find and parking was right behind it with a reserved space. Everything was very clean. We really liked that there were ceiling fans in most of the rooms even with the air conditioning available. The owner was very quick to respond to messages through the VRBO app. We did not have any issues with our stay. Plus, I grew up close by, and the best part of our stay was being able to walk across the street to my favorite ice cream shop! »

« Clean, fully-stocked home and kitchen! Host was very responsive - let us come in earlier. Incredible views! Just mentioned to her that AC filters need cleaning. A bit musty but otherwise, perfect! »

"Hôtel parfait par sa localisation près d'un grand axe routier ,proche du village amish de de plusieurs restaurants à proximité, très calme, propre, personnel très aimable, chambre spacieuse, bien équipée. Petit déjeuner varié. Nous avons fortement apprécié l'absence de débit sur notre carte lors de sa prise d'empreinte au titre de la caution. Excellente adresse à recommander"
