« Visited for our son’s graduation from ECU. The house was perfect for our family! Perfect location to the campus and downtown Greenville. The host was so friendly and easy to work with. She even left a graduation card for our son! Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family! »

« We booked this property in Sept ‘24 for May ‘25 graduation. I messaged the host in March and received no response. The day of our check-in as we were driving to Greenville, I messaged the host because I hadn’t revised check-in info. I had received an email from VRBO about checking but no instructions. Immediately after messaging the host, my booking was cancelled. We were on the way to graduation. He had overbooked on another site and cancelled my reservation which I made 8 months in...

« House was comfortable to sleep in and was spacious enough for our family. Wished the ice maker in fridge worked. Locking mechanism on window in front room needs to be fixed and left sink in master bathroom needs to be de-clogged. »

« The pictures do not do it justice. It’s even cuter in person and very clean. The check in process was a little bumpy but that was due to vrbo, not the owner. She was quick to remedy the situation. We ended up booking it a second time and will be booking it again in the future while visiting family. THANK YOU! »
