« Austin was a fantastic host - responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The videos of the property were super helpful and accurately reflected the space. Our group absolutely loved this unit - it was perfect for our weekend getaway to the 4848 Festival. By far, this has been our favorite place to stay at Snowshoe. Highly recommend! »

« The Cozy Cabin is the perfect name for it. It is a very cute cozy little cabin. Its location is very convenient. We went to Cass, Snowshoe, and a few other local places. Had pizza from The Kickin Chicken and it was delicious. Dennis-the host is fantastic. He’s very fast with responses to messages or questions. Checking in was very easy. I used Apple Maps and the directions took me right to the house. We even met the cleaning lady and she’s just the sweetest. I’m very happy with our booking. »

« Wonderful location WAYYYY out in the country. It was peaceful, quiet, loaded with wildlife, and we had a blast. The property is clean, communications with the host were perfect, and the log cabin is quaint and very comfortable. »

« We were visiting Marlinton, WV to bicycle ride the Greenbriar Trail. This house was perfect as you could ride to the trail within a few minutes. The house is also close to restaurants and a bike shop. The bed was very comfortable. The bed and bathroom linens were excellent. There is a cute kitchen with all the equipment you would need for a meal. Also chilled mugs for your beer. Overall we had a great stay and will be recommending to our friends. »

« This cabin was everything we needed and more. Super clean, pet friendly, well stocked and cozy. Perfect for our annual Treasure on the Mountain trip! Thank you so much for providing such a great place to call home. »

« Exactly what we wanted - remote and with a good view of the night sky for stargazing. Directions were accurate and it was easy to get the keys and get in. Might want to come back sometime! »

« Lots of fun and awesome house »

« The cabin is amazing! Had a fire going the whole weekend and went in the hot tub every night. Only problem was parking can be sketchy. The driveway is steep/angled and was fully iced over during our stay. Still totally worth it. »

« Nice stay centrally located close to the village of Snowshoe. If you’re booking for an motorsports event, the speed bumps aren’t low car friendly. »

« We enjoyed our time at the Bears Den. We were looking to escape and relax and that was easily done here. A few notes: we were short on the number of bath towels initially but found the extra bath towels in the dryer. Unfortunately they had sat wet in the dryer and were musty-requiring washing before being used.The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items for the most part but there were no pot holders which would have come in handy with the countertop oven—there was only one dish towel. « Beautiful views from the windows. Comfortable funiture and bedding. A well stocked kitchen and lots of room. We have stayed at Allegheny Springs a number of times before and this was the dfinitely the nicest unit we have stayed in. It was perfect for out family of 4. »
