« We needed a few days to just get away and be quiet and this was perfect. It is only 2 miles out of Onalaska so whatever you need or forgot is handy, but the location still seems secluded. Wi-Fi and Roku TV included and while rustic, the cabin very quiet and the air conditioning kept things cool. Mornings enjoyed sipping coffee on the deck, watching the wildlife and just relaxing. Location within 30 minutes of the state park which was a very nice day trip. »

« Kitchen had every thing you could possibly need for cooking and baking. Was a shortage of spoons, no kitchen dish towels or dish cloths, 1 trash bag was not enough for a 5 day stay. Coffee pot takes awhile but it will make coffee. Fridge very cold, enough to freeze salad mix, be wary of the bottom drawer. Huge pantry, no light maybe bulb burnt out. Some gnats in almost every room, fly swats are in pantry. Big dinning room plenty of seating. Table legs a bit wobbly, dollar general down the street...

« Bluegill Cottage was amazing. We went here for a quiet relaxing weekend and that is just what we got. From s'mores around the fire to jumping into the lake. Lots of great memories were made here. And the lake house was the perfect size for our group of six. Tuan was also an amazing host! It was taking a little longer than usual to cool off the house and since he couldn't get anyone to come check the air conditioner that day, he did not hesitate to come over & make sure it was running properly....

« Very cute cabin and we loved it that it was away from the other cabins for a bit more privacy. The cabin was clean and cool when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our food. The hosts were very nice and introduced themselves and took the time to visit with us and to let them know if we needed anything if it wasn't in the cabin. It was stocked well with toilet paper and paper towels too. The only drawback was the street noise from the highway and the areas by the water could...

« Had a wonderful vacation at the Lake House. Lots of stuff for the kids. Jet ski rental is close by as well. The kids loved all the snacks, s’mores and gum ball machine. The house has just about everything you could need. We look forward to hopefully returning one day. »

« This lake house was super spacious, beautiful, relaxing, peaceful, and my husband and kids loved the fishing pier. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool. The vicinity is perfect and location was extremely convenient. We'd definitely visit more often. The host was communicative and pleasant. »

« Gentle Villa Retreat is a wonderful place to host a group. Our group of 27 ladies enjoyed the place, especially the pool and the hot tub. We had a movie night all in one room. We were able to all sit down an eat together and the same room was used for some group activities. The biggest thing was that there was enough parking. »
